These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in programs delivered by ProVeritas Leadership Pty Ltd (ABN 21 617 552 360) (“ProVeritas”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By enrolling in and accessing any ProVeritas program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms prior to payment.

1. Business details and governing law
ProVeritas Leadership Pty Ltd is registered in New South Wales, Australia.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

2. Programs covered by these Terms
These Terms apply to all ProVeritas Leadership programs, including but not limited to:

  • Foundations
  • Integration
  • Mastery

Each program may differ in content, depth, and duration, but all are governed by these Terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Nature of the programs (important)
ProVeritas programs are:

  • Education, learning and development
  • Coaching psychology–informed
  • Systemic and leadership-focused

They are not:

  • Therapy or counselling
  • Mental health treatment
  • Medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice
  • Mentoring arrangements
  • A substitute for clinical, therapeutic, or professional services

Participation does not create a therapist–client, clinician–patient, advisor–client, or mentoring relationship.

4. Participant responsibility and wellbeing
You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation may involve reflective exercises that can surface emotions or personal insights.
  • You are solely responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.
  • You agree to seek appropriate local professional support (such as a registered health or mental health professional) if you experience distress or require assistance.
  • ProVeritas is not responsible for diagnosing, treating, or managing any mental health or medical conditions.

Participation is voluntary, and you may disengage from any activity at your own discretion.

5. Delivery format and access
Programs are delivered online and are primarily self-paced, including:

  • Pre-recorded video and audio content
  • Written materials and reflective prompts
  • Optional spaces for written reflection

Access periods
Access begins on the date of registration and is time-limited as follows:

  • Foundations: 3 months
  • Integration: 6 months
  • Mastery: 6 months

Access automatically expires at the end of the applicable period. Extensions are not guaranteed.

6. Interaction with other participants

  • Any interaction with other participants is optional.
  • ProVeritas does not guarantee cohort interaction or peer engagement.
  • You agree to participate respectfully and professionally if you choose to engage.
  • ProVeritas reserves the right to remove or restrict access to community spaces if behaviour is inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with program values.

7. Live sessions and program changes
At this stage, programs do not include live sessions.

ProVeritas may, at its discretion, introduce optional live or interactive elements in the future. The introduction, modification, or withdrawal of such elements does not constitute a material change or create an entitlement to refunds or compensation.

We reserve the right to update program content, structure, or delivery method to improve quality or respond to feedback.

8. Fees, payment, and refunds

  • All prices are displayed at the point of purchase in USD.
  • Access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment.

Refund policy
No refunds are available once access is granted, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

You acknowledge that immediate access to digital content constitutes delivery of the service.

9. Intellectual property
All program materials, including videos, documents, frameworks, and written content, remain the intellectual property of ProVeritas Leadership Pty Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials
  • Use materials for training, facilitation, or commercial purposes
  • Record, download, or republish content without written permission

10. Privacy and data|
Your personal information is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.

Programs are hosted on third-party platforms (including Sutra). By enrolling, you consent to the use of such platforms for content delivery and communication.

ProVeritas does not guarantee the security or availability of third-party platforms but will take reasonable steps to select reputable providers.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:

  • ProVeritas does not guarantee outcomes, results, or professional advancement.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding to payment, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to be bound by them
  • You acknowledge the program boundaries described above

14. Fource Majeure
ProVeritas Leadership Pty Ltd is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, epidemic, failure or interruption of third-party platforms, or other events outside ProVeritas’ reasonable control. In such cases, ProVeritas will make reasonable efforts to resume program delivery as

By proceeding to payment and enrolling in a ProVeritas Leadership program, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
  • You agree to be bound by them;
  • You acknowledge the program boundaries, refund policy, and privacy provisions described above.
